In Chennai (India), before the upcoming WKC National Karate Championship of India, which will be held from October 13 to 14, 2023, All India karate-do & kobodo promotion foundation (AIKKPF) under the leadership of the Chief Referee of the World Karate Confederation (WKC/FW) Faustin Moses Rethinam held a regional referee seminar on WKC rules on September 02. For a simple explanation of the work of the coach and the referee, an informative presentation on the rules was prepared. All participants of the seminar were satisfied.
