The first day of the international competition, athletes aged 12 and over perform. This trip is an introductory one for the WKC, so the competitions were held according to different rules. At the opening ceremony, Malaysian MP A. Lee spoke and thanked for the excellent organization of the competition.
Vicheslav Timofeev, President of the WKC/FW, also spoke and presented certificates of membership in the World Karate Confederation (WKC/FW) to K. Anathan, President of the Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate Federation of Malaysia, and Rethinam Swakky, President of the Indian Karate Confederation.

Первый день международных соревнований, выступают спортсмены 12 лет и старше. Данная поездка является ознакомительной для WKC, поэтому соревнования проводились по другим правилам. На церемонии открытия выступил Депутат парламента Малайзии А. Ли и поблагодарил за великолепную организацию соревнований.
Также выступил Президент WKC/FW Вячеслав Тимофеев и вручил представителям сертификаты о членстве во Всемирной Конфедерации Каратэ (WKC/FW) президенту Федерации Окинава Годзю-Рю каратэ Малайзии K. Anathan и президенту Индийской Конфедерации Каратэ Rethinam Swakky.
