On May 05, 2023, in Antalya (Turkey), the Bosporus Sorgun Hotel hosts a commission for admission of participants, weighing and a seminar for judges, representatives, coaches participating in the Open XI WKC European Championship for children, cadets, juniors and seniors
Before the referee seminar, the President of the World Karate Confederation founded by Fritz Wendland Viacheslav Timofeev welcomed all the judges, coaches, team representatives and wished them fruitful work and successful tournament, and also introduced them to the heads of new organizations that became members of the WKC/FW this year, namely: Republique Centraafricaine — Mr. Bonezoul Alfred Lambert, Germany — Gebel Alex, Oman — Iqbal Yousuf Al Balushi, Hong Kong — Alexsandr Podobreev and handed them a chevron and a WKC/FW tie.

Перед рефери семинаром Президент Всемирной конфедерации каратэ основанной Фрицем Вендландом Вячеслав Тимофеев поприветствовал всех судей, тренеров, представителей команд и пожелал им плодотворной работы и успешного проведения турнира, а также представил им руководителей новых организаций, которые стали членами WKC/FW в этом году, а именно: Republique Centraafricaine — Mr. Bonezoul Alfred Lambert, Germany — Gebel Alex, Oman — Iqbal Yousuf Al Balushi, Hong Kong — Alexsandr Podobreev и вручил им шеврон и галстук WKC/FW.
